Pacific Pipe is looking for enthusiastic and friendly new team members to join our Front Desk Staff. This is a part-time position, working less than 30 per week. Weekend and evening availability is required.
Ensuring all visitors complete necessary waivers, check in and adhere to gym policies
Making all visitors feel welcome, answering calls, and responding to emails at the front desk
Processing memberships and online transactions
Finding creative solutions to customer service challenges, handling customer feedback and resolving any issues in a professional manner
Selling merchandise and climbing gear in our retail shop
Additional opportunities to work with our communities and classes may be available in the future for interested candidates
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (no exceptions)
Ability to remain friendly and calm while managing customer needs in a variety of situations
Comfortable and proficient working with computers and point of sales systems
Customer service, service industry, or office management experience is a plus but not required
Compensation Starting Pay is $21.00/per hour. This is a part-time position, working less than 30 per week. Front Desk Staff individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to; facility location and type, membership volume, experience, and job/position tenure.
