Head of Maintenance and Facility Management (m/w/d)

We're seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and financial performance across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage budgets, lead maintenance teams, and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities Manage daily operations and maintenance across multiple sites.
Oversee budgets, accruals, forecasting, variance reporting, and financial updates.
Lead building engineering and maintenance personnel.
Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs.
Partner with site leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve operations.
Ensure facilities meet operational, safety, and compliance standards.
Requirements 5-7+ years of Facilities Management experience in a commercial environment, preferably manufacturing.
Experience managing multiple facilities simultaneously.
Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance reporting.
Experience creating preventative maintenance programs and utilizing CMMS platforms.
Experience leading teams of 2+ maintenance or engineering professionals.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience with Yardi for PO processing, invoicing, and financial tracking.
