Cisco Network Support

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of network administration experience; alternatively, a masters degree and 3+ years, an associates degree and 7+ years, or a high school diploma and 9+ years of relevant experience.
Strong background in enterprise routing and switching, 802.1X authentication, RADIUS/TACACS+ protocols, and network access control (NAC).
Hands-on experience configuring network devices, managing patches, and maintaining baseline configuration controls.
Experience creating, maintaining, and communicating complex IT documentation and network diagrams.
Relevant certifications are preferred, such as CCNA, CCNP Security/Enterprise, or Cisco ISE Specialist.
Prior experience supporting U.Military Command operations or Department of Defense enterprise network environments is preferred.
Familiarity with DoD STIG compliance, network vulnerability scanning, and secure baseline auditing procedures is preferred.
Must hold a current, active top secret security clearance.
Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time, occasionally move around the office to access cabinets and equipment, and communicate accurately with coworkers, management, and customers, including when delivering presentations.
Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE for enterprise network access control, 802.1X authentication, and posture assessment.
Administer enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure across mission networks.
Develop, implement, and enforce network security policies, profiling rules, and guest access workflows within Cisco ISE.
Troubleshoot complex network connectivity problems, authentication failures, and access control policy enforcement points.
Perform routine maintenance, vulnerability patching, firmware updates, and baseline configuration management for network devices.
Work with engineering teams, cybersecurity staff, and site leadership to support network uptime and security compliance.
Keep technical documentation, network diagrams, baseline configurations, and operational inventories accurate and up to date.
