Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

The Aggregate Operations Manager oversees the operations of regional aggregate mine sites.

Responsibilities Responsible for mine planning, safety, environmental matters, cost control, production and maintenance for assigned aggregate operations

Responsible for mine planning and mining process

Document production statistics and produce reports as required

Supervise production operations; manage team

Responsible for maintaining all plant equipment

Communicate with local community as required

Develop plans to work towards improved performance and lower operating costs

Education Requirements/Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience running an aggregate site

Knowledge of surveying

Strong computer skills - presentations and reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working knowledge of SAP

Some positions require Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) registration/clearance as well as ongoing alcohol and drug testing.
