MD or DO credentials from a recognized medical institution.
Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Eligibility for (or current possession of) an active Louisiana medical license.
Proficient in the use of EMRs and telemedicine technology.
