Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Delivery Manager to own and execute our end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). you will actively drive it, enforcing prioritization, securing necessary resources, and ensuring quality gates are met at every stage.

This includes managing the complete lifecycle of technical delivery, ensuring seamless transitions through our defined phases: Ideation, Requirements, Design, Delivery, Testing, and Deployment.

• Partner with stakeholders (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, Sales) to ensure requirements are locked, acceptance criteria are clearly defined, and testability is validated before technical design begins.
• Actively monitor project health and dynamically negotiate/reallocate engineering and testing resources to ensure critical path items are prioritized and delivered on time.
• Delivery & Quality Assurance: Oversee the "Tech Delivery" phase, acting as the primary driver to keep engineering unblocked. Ensure rigorous adherence to testing, approval, and rejection protocols before any code moves forward.
• Release Management: Own the deployment pipeline. Coordinate the release to Beta environments, manage Customer Validation feedback loops, and authorize final deployments to Production.
• Provide executive-level reporting on velocity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization. Call out risks early and bring actionable solutions to leadership.
