Head of Recruitment & HR (Insurance)

Requirements Minimum five years of experience as a Human Resource Manager with progressive leadership responsibilities
Multistate HR experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop HR professionals
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives that align with the company’s mission and strategic vision
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits
Develop and execute recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and strategic goals
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies
Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with various functional leads, insurance providers, and legal advisors
Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes
Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability program
