Phlebotomist/Full Time-Flexible Hours- Monday -Friday

Phlebotomist I - Pleasanton, CA, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with rotational weekends.

Salary offers based on skills, training, experience, education, certifications, market and organizational factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for annual performance bonus compensation.

Administer oral solutions according to training.

Navigate a computer and accurately enter data; Obtain identification, accurately enter billing information, and collect payments when required, following corporate policies.

Perform all non‑patient‑facing duties: inventory, stocking supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, and utilizing email as appropriate.

Read, understand and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.

Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.

Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs in a timely manner, such as maintenance logs and temperature logs.

Complete online and in‑person training courses promptly.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Phlebotomy certification preferred; One year phlebotomy experience preferred.

Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.

Keyboard/data‑entry experience.

Ability to effectively communicate in English.
