About The Role VIMworld, Inc is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team based in Las Vegas, CA or San Francisco Bay Area, CA. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting execution. Partner closely with leadership and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for the technical functional team(s) to deeply understand their hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements while providing hiring recommendations, support events, and build a strategy to hire highly driven talents for the company
Strategic sourcing of passive candidates via industry research, cold calling, complex internet searches, and networking, in addition to reviewing and managing inbound candidate flow
Manage candidates’ experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, self-discipline, and proactive communication.
Diligently update tracking documentation to track the recruiting process in real-time and report to business leaders and leadership in the most proactive manner
