The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a visionary approach and a robust network to lead the global brand presence of its disruptive gaming platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-million-dollar go-to-market campaigns, securing high-profile celebrity endorsements, and building a world-class marketing organization. This role demands an executive with a proven track record in senior marketing leadership, particularly in the realms of esports, disruptive consumer tech, Web3, or hype-driven lifestyle brands. The CMO will be tasked with architecting flagship endorsement deals, integrating resources and agencies, and leading a team to protect and promote the brand identity across all touchpoints.
Key responsibilities for the CMO include negotiating deep, platform-integrated partnerships with tier-1 celebrities, leveraging an extensive network to secure exclusive deals, and rapidly recruiting top-tier talent to form a high-performing marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand architecture, budget and P&L ownership, and a deep understanding of modern gaming culture and the creator economy. They must be adept at building cult-like brand loyalty among the 18-30 demographic and be capable of holding their team accountable to aggressive marketing metrics. The role is pivotal in the company's mission to create a digital underground fight club for Gen-Z and Millennial gamers, and the CMO will play a key part in the transition from traditional marketing to a more immersive, experience-driven approach.
