AI Program Manager
to lead enterprise-wide artificial intelligence initiatives and drive AI adoption across the organization. This role will serve as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping identify high-value AI opportunities, guide implementation efforts, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong program management experience, a background in Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing, and a passion for leveraging AI to drive business transformation and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage AI-focused programs from strategy through execution.
Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure successful execution of AI initiatives.
Lead change management activities to support AI adoption and organizational readiness.
Establish governance processes and best practices for scalable AI implementation.
Monitor program progress, risks, and outcomes while providing regular updates to leadership.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of IT Program Management experience.
Experience leading AI, data, analytics, or emerging technology initiatives.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar).
Experience using Azure DevOps for project planning and tracking.
Proven success leading organizational change management initiatives.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
Experience evaluating AI/ML tools, platforms, and business use cases.
Preferred Skills Experience leading enterprise AI strategy or digital transformation programs.
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, and risk management frameworks.
PMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Prosci, or related certifications.
