• In this position, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for clients while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly by:

Greeting clients and handling receptionist duties, including a multi-line phone system
Performing data entry and managing client files for accuracy
Handling general office duties like filing, scanning, faxing, and correspondence
Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and data privacy regulations
Jumping in on other duties as needed to keep the office flowing
Education: High school diploma required; associate's degree or vocational training preferred
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative role (experience with electronic health records is a plus)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Other: Familiarity with clerical systems such as filing and recordkeeping
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
