Head of Recruiting & HR
MAXIMUS
Maximus is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead strategic workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement for a globally distributed workforce supporting critical federal programs.
The role requires active secret clearance at minimum and will report to senior leadership. You will shape HR programs, drive organizational design, and guide talent decisions across the enterprise.
