Working remotely, you'll help improve patients' access to healthcare and support them throughout their treatment journey.Reporting to our Clinical Operations Manager, you'll combine strong clinical judgement with clear, compassionate communication to deliver a seamless telehealth experience.What you'll do:As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll:Consult with new and existing patients via telephone and video, providing education, clinical advice and supportManage patients' ongoing treatment plans, including assessing their response to treatmentPrescribe appropriate medications and adjust treatment where clinically indicated and within your scope of practiceTriage presenting symptoms and escalate or refer patients to the appropriate medical practitioner or pharmacistCollaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and our wider Clinical Operations teamMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold our clinical governance and code-of-conduct requirementsShare insights and feedback to continually improve our clinical systems, workflows and overall patient experienceExperience you'll bring:A completed Master of Nursing and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPRAA current PBS prescriber number, or the ability to obtain oneRecent experience working as a Nurse Practitioner within primary healthcareStrong clinical judgement and a commitment to safe, evidence-based, patient-centred careConfident, clear and empathetic communication skills, particularly in telephone and video consultationsThe ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environmentConfidence navigating digital clinical platforms, documentation systems and telehealth toolsA proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve patient care, systems and processesWhat's on offer:A fully remote role with the flexibility to work from home, within AustraliaMeaningful work that makes a real, positive difference in patients' livesPlenty of opportunity to learn and grow as the company evolvesAccess to up to 16 weeks of paid parental leaveTwo additional paid company closure days each yearTwo days of purpose leave for mental health or learning and developmentAccess to on-demand learning through Go1EAP support and online wellbeing programsClassPass credit discountsDiscounts across a range of Mosh & Moshy products and servicesA creative, friendly and collaborative teamBetter, togetherEveryone is different, and we think that's what makes life interesting.
