Registered Nurse - Mother Baby (RN)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Mother Baby unit. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to mothers and their newborns during the postpartum period.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns.
Assist with breastfeeding support and education.
Monitor the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in the Mother Baby specialty.
Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
Schedule Expectations
This position requires varying shifts, including night shifts from 7 pm to 7 am. Additionally, you must be available to work during peak holiday periods, including:
- 2 major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
- 1 minor holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve
