Raytheon’s Hardware Electrical Engineering team is responsible for Design, Validation, Qualification and production of digital electronic circuit cards and electronic units. Our systems are subject to environments ranging from the frigid, sub-zero vacuum of space to the blistering heat of the desert floor, to the high pressures of the ocean depths.

Our customers come from all different backgrounds, and so do our employees. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, integration or troubleshooting of digital electronic modules and/or CCAs for Missile applications.
Collaborate with other Engineering disciplines, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with requirements.
Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Engineering digital circuit design experience

Knowledge of Mix-Signal electronics and interfaces such as RF, Analog and Power.
Knowledge of digital electronics simulation and analysis tools as well as test equipment to validate hardware performance.
Technical writing and formal presentation experience
Ability to take ownership of task/project and execute with autonomy.
