Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting E-House Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities. Responsible for executing and coordinating end-to-end LV/MV electrical commissioning activities from FAT/SAT, testing, and troubleshooting to documentation and handover, ensuring systems are safely integrated, compliant with project requirements, and delivered on schedule.

Execute commissioning activities for LV/MV electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers, MCCs, VFDs, generators, UPS, grounding systems, and protection relays.

Assist in the development and implementation of commissioning plans, procedures, ITPs, and functional test protocols.

Carry out FAT, SAT, loop checks, continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and protection coordination verification under approved procedures.

Perform primary and secondary injection testing and support relay testing activities.

Coordinate day-to-day commissioning activities with engineering, construction, QA/QC, safety teams, vendors, and clients.

Review electrical drawings, SLDs, schematics, and equipment datasheets to verify compliance with project requirements.

Prepare commissioning records, test reports, progress updates, and handover documentation.

Support timely completion of commissioning deliverables in line with project schedules and quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical commissioning, start-up, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA ATS/MTS standards.
• Experience in industrial plants, oil & gas, power systems, HVAC/mechanical integration, or data centres.
• Proficiency in electrical testing tools (IR testers, primary & secondary injection, relay test kits, Hi-Pot, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings.
