RN - Cath Lab

Position / Specialty: Cath Lab RN

Shift: 4x12 or 3x12 Days (06:30 - 19:00)

Average Daily Census: 25. 5 room unit.

Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.

First-timers accepted: Yes.

Weekend REQ: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract.

Certs REQ: ACLS and BLS required.

Is on-call REQ? Yes- required as needed.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float if needed.

Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.

Must have active IL license in hand to apply.

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.

Special Requirements: Interventional Cardiac Cath lab experience required. Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Experience: Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Left heart catheterization, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization. Required Medication Experience: Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring. Required Professional Skills/Experience: Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Monitoring Procedural Sedation. Cerner experience required.
