CNC Machinist | Aerospace | Swing Shift

Overview
Riverside Machine & Engineering has been in business 45+ years offering precision machining for medical, aviation, space, and defense. Our vacuum aluminum brazing capabilities are in high demand across top aerospace and defense programs, keeping our shop busy with long‑term projects and stable work. We are hiring CNC Machinists for our Mill, Swiss and Turn departments.

Compensation & Benefits
$20 - $35 hourly base + shift differential (hourly rate based on skills and experience for level I, II, III). $3,000.00 sign‑on bonus. Relocation assistance available. Shift & Pay
2nd Shift (Mon‑Thurs) 3:15 PM‑1:45 AM: Base hourly rate + 10% differential.

Responsibilities

Setup/operate CNC mills, Swiss machines, and lathes

Read blueprints, GD&T, and job routings

Load/verify programs, manage tooling and offsets

Conduct in‑process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges

Run multiple machines when cycle times allow

Qualifications

CNC experience (all levels welcome)

Associate degree / technical certificate OR equivalent experience

GD&T knowledge a plus (training and shop floor support provided)
