We're at an exciting inflection point: strong customer love, clear productmarket fit, and accelerating growth. As our GTM Recruiter in San Francisco, you'll partner directly with our Co-founder/CEO (Siadhal) and GTM leadership to build a world-class commercial organization. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for Sales, CS, and Marketing, while also helping design the foundational systems, processes, and tools that will scale our hiring engine.
Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing.
Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles: sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes.
Build and iterate on recruiting processes, tools, and systems to drive speed, quality, and consistency in hiring.
Craft exceptional candidate experiences that reflect Metaview's bar for quality, communication, and velocity.
Track and communicate pipeline health, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders to enable fast, informed decisions.
5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with a clear focus on GTM roles (Sales, CS, and Marketing) in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments.
- Comfort building from 0-1: setting up tools, processes, and systems that make recruiting more effective and scalable.
- Strong pattern recognition built from real hiring experience, able to evaluate candidates' core traits, motivations, and potential using clear, structured criteria.
- Comfort leveraging AI to enhance recruiting velocity.
