Job Description Warehouse Manager

Chardon, Ohio | $60,000–$65,000 | Full-Time

Are you an experienced warehouse professional who takes pride in owning an operation from start to finish ? Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation at their Chardon headquarters. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that successful warehouse management is about much more than moving product — it's about inventory accuracy, efficient shipping and receiving, organization, dependable deliveries, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and product movement.

Manage inventory by pulling product, replenishing stock, and helping maintain inventory accuracy.

Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems .

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and palletizing/shrink-wrapping equipment.

Coordinate and complete local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle.

Make regular deliveries to the Stow and Toledo areas.

Transport materials between the Chardon headquarters and the company's Concord overflow warehouse as needed.

Handle occasional emergency deliveries and pickups.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Perform basic warehouse maintenance and ensure the facility is properly stocked and maintained.

Work independently and take ownership of the warehouse's daily operations.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of warehouse experience who has demonstrated stability and progression in their work history.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.

Forklift and pallet jack experience.

Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and/or LTL shipping.

Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

A hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of the operation.
