Optage is the Home & Community based division of PHS and is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant serving in a home health care environment in our communities in the south Twin Cities metro area.

• As a Physical Therapist Assistant you will be responsible to:
• Provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team.

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $30.24 - $34.57 per hour. Full-time benefits-eligible employment begins at a minimum of 30 hours per week:
