Louis is currently searching for an Operations Manager to join our dynamic, Christian‑value‑driven, growing team. This role offers career growth opportunity, hands‑on logistics, customer focus, and the chance to advance to a General Manager position.

Reviews daily routes and ensures routing efficiency to deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely and on time.

Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.

Daily utilization of Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program. Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations including completion of Safety Pre‑Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines.

Builds and maintains good working relationships with project managers.

Run weekly meetings and communicate company policies to Drivers.

Hire, Train, and conduct Performance Reviews of Drivers.

Work side by side with office manager to handle customer complaints or critical matters in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Directs and oversees transportation operations within the company.

Deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites.

Commercial driving: Management experience: CDL Class A or B (Required)

DOT Medical Card (Required)

Louis Metro East is a rapidly growing dumpster rental franchise company offering an exclusive patented roll‑off dumpster with two portable toilets attached. The company compensates at $75,000.00 per year and has a reputation for customer care and innovation.
