Job Full Description
We are in search for a Administrative Assistant with a minimum 2+ years' experience. This person will work closely with the executive director and the board. This is a FT, long-term position offering $22.00-24.00/hr to start, room to grow, full benefits offered, + pension.
Requirements:
Experience in using Quickbooks and MS Excel. Proficient in MS Suite
Bookkeeping experience of a/p, a/r, invoicing, reconciling, etc
Must be self motivated, efficient, and willing to learn
Must possess strong organizational skills and have great attention to detail.
Duties include:
Assisting the executive director
Preparing weekly notes and board meeting packets
Attend weekly and monthly meetings
A/p, A/r, reconciliation, billing, data entry, & issuing checks
Pick up mail & sort
