We provide high-quality, in-home care to individuals and families, partnering closely with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure patients receive timely, personalized support. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide individualized, in-home therapy to children. You’ll focus on improving motor function, strength, balance, and coordination to help each child reach their highest potential.
Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
Great back-office support
Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations.
Design customized treatment plans based on child‑specific goals.
Document sessions and communicate progress with the team.

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
