Salesperson - Full-Time Retail

Great news! Schillings is currently looking for a Retail Sales Specialist at our Mokena IL location. This position is full-time with opportunities for advancement and excellent benefits. A typical schedule would be Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. No nights, no Sundays. Build relationships with walk-in customers to enhance sales opportunities

Responsible for accurately estimating building products

Investigate and answer complex questions and inquiries within the framework of the sales function

Regularly work to develop relationships over time that will provide significant input to planning strategies

Occasionally serve as a team member on special projects

Collect, analyze, and report sales data and information (quotes, estimates, bids)

Plan how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products

Provide training, guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff

Build sales and meet sales goals

Follow and enforce company policies and procedures

Knowledge of all aspects and uses of construction materials

Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Sales experience preferred
