Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission | Daily Local Travel | Lead From the Front Trelevate is hiring a hands-on Outside Sales Team Manager to build, train, and lead a team of B2B Business Advisors as we continue to expand into Illinois. This is a true field leadership role you and your team will spend the majority of the week in the territory , meeting business owners, driving activity, and producing daily wins.

Build, train, and manage a team of 7+ B2B field sales advisors
Spend the majority of your week in the field coaching, shadowing, and closing
Create a performance-driven culture built on hustle, coaching, and results
Proven success leading, mentoring, or training door-to-door field sales teams, with a focus on daily activity standards, field coaching, and sales performance
Strong background in outside sales: energy procurement (ideal), telecom, merchant services, or similar
Ability to coach in real time, build trust fast, and elevate performance daily
Passion for building a positive, energetic team culture where people feel valued, have fun, and are inspired to perform at their best
Strong CRM and technology proficiency
80K$125K+ depending on drive and team performance
Higher leadership base + training & performance overrides
