The EPC PM will plan construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner and will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation and scheduling of the projects. The EPC PM will provide the complete and satisfactory execution of the entire project while working directly with the project superintendent and other team members. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite, , and Primavera Scheduling and Construction Administration Software preferred.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related Engineering Degree Equivalent technical experience will be considered.Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Industrial / Manufacturing Commercial Construction Market.and/orExperience: 5 years in the Renewable Energy Market and 1 year of construction estimating experience desired. On site construction experience a plus.Travel: 20-40%Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. Monday – Friday;KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeads Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Closeout phases of the projects.Responsible for quality assurance processes are implemented and followed.Responsible to promote FTI’s Safety Culture through all phases of the project.Responsible for overall development of turn-key project schedules.Responsible for organizing and coordinating work sequencing and schedule coordination with field team.Works with Purchasing Department and vendors to ensure effective material coordination.Networks, establishes, and maintains customer relationships.Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.Ensures that projects are completed profitably, in a timely manner, and according to customer expectations.Visits various job sites and interacts with Owners, Developers, Partners, Site Leadership, Engineers, Consultants, Crews, and Subcontractors to ensure proper job progress and to support and encourage safe behavior.Monitors the flow of work between his/her unit and others in the organization; Fosters effective cross-functional collaborations to accelerate work processes.We recognize and reward top performers, offering competitive, merit-based compensation, career path development and a flexible and robust benefits package.Benefits are the Game-ChangerWe provide industry-leading benefits as an investment in the lives of team members and their families.
