Head of Supply Chain and Procurement

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead sourcing, contract management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale industrial projects. This role plays a critical part in supporting CAPEX initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments.

Lead strategic procurement initiatives for heavy industrial equipment aligned with CAPEX projects

Manage end‑to‑end contract administration , including techno‑commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations

Oversee EPC procurement activities , vendor performance, and cross‑functional coordination

Drive supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk mitigation strategies

Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery

Manage large‑value contracts and complex procurement packages

Strategic Procurement : Expertise in sourcing heavy industrial equipment

Strong experience with contract management and supplier negotiations

Project Supply Chain Coordination : Proven ability to manage EPC procurement and project teams

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business

12–15 years of experience in procurement and contract management

Background in heavy industrial sectors (steel, metals, mining, or similar)

Demonstrated experience supporting greenfield or large‑scale industrial projects

Strong experience in EPC/CAPEX procurement environments

Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems ( SAP, Oracle, etc. )

Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering documents

Monday – Friday
