Facilities Maintenance Technician

Perform preventative and general maintenance and may assist with minor repairs to building and mechanical operating systems.

Perform restroom plumbing repairs and maintenance.

May assist in tenant improvement construction projects.

Assist with snow removal.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

One (1) year of facilities maintenance / janitorial / engineering experience preferred

Ability to use various testing devices related to the mechanical trades preferred

Ability to handle multiple projects.

Some knowledge of computers preferred.

Ability to work in both office and industrial outdoor environments.

Ability to walk construction sites and facility grounds for extended periods.

Capability to lift, carry, and move materials consistent with job requirements.
