Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney to join their Warranty Defense team in San Jose, CA, or work remotely within California. This role involves active participation in high-stakes litigation matters across various industries.
Duties Handle depositions and engage directly with clients.
Collaborate with technical experts and manage discovery tasks.
Write and argue motions in court.
Support partners in strategic litigation planning and trial preparation.
Requirements JD from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar admission.
1+ years of litigation experience.
Experience in warranty defense preferred.
Understanding of state and federal procedures.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications California Bar admission.
Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
