Job Description
Madden Industrial Craftsmen , a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill a Brazer position with a manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ . The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift: 5:30-2PM; 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (mandatory overtime as needed)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Brazer Responsibilities

Perform brazing operations to join metal components according to production and quality standards.
Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions .
Assemble and braze components using copper, brass, aluminum, or similar materials.
Maintain consistent heat control to ensure strong, clean, and leak-free joints .
Conduct visual inspections and basic quality checks on completed work.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment .
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of brazing experience in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
Proficient in brazing techniques and torch operation.
Ability to pass a hands-on brazing test .
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions .
Must be able to read a tape measure .
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen .
