Forklift/Material Handler/TuggerCardinal Staffing Services hiring a Forklift/Material Handler/Tugger for a Union Facility located in Warren, MI. Responsibilities of the Material Handler Include: Providing essential shop floor support for receiving material handling, staging, inventory control, and shipment activities. This role ensures accurate, timely, and safe movement of materials in a fast-paced, Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing environment. Automotive experience required.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials.Record all material movements in the ERP system.Deliver materials to production lines and maintain proper stock levels.Perform cycle counts and support FIFO inventory rotation.Complete forklift and dock inspections at start of shift.Maintain clean, organized storage and work areas (5S).Operate forklifts safely; maintain certification (training provided).Report discrepancies, damaged material, or equipment issues immediately.Assist with shipping paperwork and update receiving logs.Perform other material handling duties as needed.2+ years of material handling or manufacturing experience preferred.Basic computer skills; MS Office helpful.Available shifts:1st shift2nd shift3rd shiftC Shift: Monday-Tuesday 4:30pm-3:00am, Friday-Saturday 5:00am-3:30pm$16.51 per hour, $2.00 raise upon hire in, 90 days.At Cardinal Staffing, a Sure-Staff Company, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
