Estimator (Construction Company)

Job Description Warfel Construction Company is looking for a Project Estimator to join our Client-focused team based out of our East Petersburg, PA office. The Project Estimator will primarily be responsible for the successful creation of construction estimates related to a completed bid package. Review bid documents to understand the project and develop meaningful preconstruction RFI’s.
Reach out to trade partners, suppliers and vendors to obtain proposals through phone calls, and any other means necessary.
Provide a positive and consistent customer experience with both internal/external team members ensuring there are no surprises throughout the estimating process.
Complete site visits as necessary.

A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with associated experience.

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating at the General Contractor (GC) or trade partner level or Related construction experience preferred.
• Ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office. Experience with Destini software is a plus.
• Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
