Executive Recruiter - Senior RecruiterWe are seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles, including legal positions. This commission-based, entrepreneurial role is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys research, outreach, and building strong talent pipelines while delivering a high-quality candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools.Conduct outreach via email and professional platforms.Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS.Screen resumes and conduct thorough initial candidate interview evaluations.Coordinate candidate submittal summaries, communication, scheduling, and follow-ups.Track pipeline activity and provide updates to candidates and hiring teams.Support reporting, data accuracy, and recruitment process improvements.Qualifications2+ years of agency recruiting and full-cycle recruitment experience.Legal industry recruitment experience.Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach skills.Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles.Preferred: Experience with AI tools, LinkedIn, SignalHire, AI sourcing, and other niche/professional recruiting resources.Compensation & BenefitsCommission-based 1099 role with significant earning potential.Placement payout averages ranging from $3,000 to $14,000+ per hire.Flexible remote work environment.Collaborative team of recruiting professionals.Additional DetailsRecruiting resources provided include:SignalHire email and phone memberships, ATS database with LI extension, 30+ job board postings, AI sourcing tools, and more.Company MS 365 Outlook email and logos for content creation included.Monthly $45 technology fee (waived after first placement payout)No business development or performance metric requirements.Work Location: Remote
