Salesperson for Retail Sales

Pay $23 per hour plus 10% Monthly Bonus
Opportunity Requirements This position requires a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. This is a field-based role where you will visit local retailers and ensure they understand how to maximize the value of the program. You will serve as the face of the brand in the field building relationships, providing education, and ensuring a strong customer experience at each location.
What You’ll Do Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner
Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits
Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence
Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store
Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems
What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day Field-based position with daily travel within your assigned territory Approximately 22-35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling Mix of in-store engagement, driving, and administrative follow-up Independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams

Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
Adaptable, professional, and customer-focused
Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus
Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays and merchant feedback
Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products
Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed
Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations
Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals
Meet or exceed weekly in store time goals
Visit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basis
Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience
Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
