Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Home Health Visits (PRN/Per Diem) – Seminole County, FL
Responsibilities
Provide one‑on‑one physical therapy services in a home health setting.
Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT).
Deliver therapy that helps patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life.
Thrive in a collaborative environment where excellence and patient satisfaction are valued.
Qualifications
Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification required.
Valid Florida driver’s license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
Minimum 1 year of experience required; Home Health experience preferred.
Lymphedema Certification preferred.
Sound judgement and a passion for patient care and outcomes.
