Shift: 3x12 Flex, 07:00:00-19:00:00, primarily days with some late night (evenings), holidays, on call/call per unit needs. At this time, no weekends!

Job Description:
An electrophysiology technologist performs diagnostic electrophysiology procedures and interventions, such as electrocardiograms, in a clinical setting. Responsibilities include preparing the patient for procedures, ensuring equipment functionality, monitoring read-outs, assisting with lab analysis, and aiding physicians during interventions related to heart and cardiac health.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with MD and staff to ensure availability of equipment and supplies.
Assist in room turnover and coordinate on-time starts for patient care.
Assist at the sterile field, prepare the patient and equipment for study and ablations.
Maintain fluids for the ablation catheter and provide assistance with the ablator.
Assist Anesthesia and document during study and ablations, provide backup pacing during implants.
Requirements:

• NY License ONLY
• 2 Years' experience
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Proficiency in moderate sedation
