Facilities Maintenance (Handyman) - Full Time

The Technician assists with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout the attraction to ensure the day-to-day operation is running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The Technician is responsible for all aspects of the attraction including the audio visual, lighting, equipment, and machinery.
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all areas of the attraction's equipment and machinery including HVAC, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems as well as themed attractions.
Position functions will include but not limited to custodial duties, re-lamping & lighting systems, painting and wall repair, tech equipment, shipping and receiving as well as exhibit setup and takedown. Maintaining and troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment for both old and new exhibits.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain attraction systems, rides, and equipment.
Perform work order repairs, inspections, and adjustments.
Complete “Preventative Maintenance” tasks (Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, etc.).
assemble furniture.
Set-up and install data cables as needed; install and repair computer outlets and computer bundles.
Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Corrects or reports any safety or fire hazards.
Able to set-up and operate various hand tools and power equipment.
High School diploma or GED required. At least two years of maintenance experience required. At least two years of service industry experience in a technical/themed environment to include animation, automation, hydraulics, pneumatic, electrical/electronics, and networks.
