Mercy Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Family Medicine practice in Tiffin, Ohio. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly respected practice with a loyal patient base, a collaborative team, and a longstanding reputation for providing exceptional care to the community.

You'll have the opportunity to provide continuity of care to an established patient panel while welcoming new patients to the practice.

Monday through Thursday schedule with the office closed Fridays and weekends, providing an outstanding work-life balance

Outpatient-only practice located on the campus of Mercy Health Tiffin Hospital

This collaborative Family Medicine practice provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness, and patient education.
