This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Anaheim, CA. The Carpenter will perform rough and finish carpentry work on commercial and healthcare-related construction projects, including framing, installation of doors, trim, casework, and other building components.

Day-to-day duties include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, safely operating hand and power tools, and assisting with layout and setup on the job site. The role also involves collaborating with project supervisors and other trades to maintain schedules, uphold safety and infection-control requirements, and ensure clean, organized work areas.

The Carpenter is expected to maintain high craftsmanship standards, follow company procedures, and support a culture of safety, communication, and teamwork.

Strong carpentry skills with experience in commercial construction and healthcare or occupied facilities work

Proficiency with framing and structural carpentry, including layout, measuring, cutting, and assembling building components

Skilled in finish carpentry, including installation of trim, doors, casework, and other detailed interior elements

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Commitment to job-site safety, cleanliness, infection control, and working respectfully in active healthcare environments

Reliable transportation to Southern CA job sites and ability to work full-time, on-site

Previous experience as a Carpenter in commercial construction; apprenticeship or vocational training is a plus

Strong communication skills, ability to follow direction, and work effectively as part of a diverse project team
