Paralegal - Real Estate and Leasing

Job Description Our client, a leading New Jersey based real estate developer, is searching for an experienced paralegal with leasing experience.
The selected candidate will support our clients Legal Department by managing commercial lease documentation, administering lease obligations, and coordinating litigation and compliance-related activities.
Draft, review, and coordinate commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents
- Maintain/update lease documentation
- Abstract leases and summarize key terms, obligations, and critical dates
- Keep track of lease milestones (renewals, expirations, options, notice requirements)
- Develop/maintain lease summary charts and dashboards
- Monitor compliance with lease terms
- Maintain litigation files and assist in preparing discovery materials
- Manage legal correspondence, file organization, and document retention systems
3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate or leasing
- Experience drafting/managing lease documents and ability to interpret lease terms and risks
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF/document editing tools
