We're looking for an experienced, people-centered HR Generalist to join our team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for employees at all levels - handling everything from onboarding to benefits administration to compliance. Own the full onboarding experience - coordinating across departments to make every new hire's first day exceptional

Serve as the go-to HR resource for employees and managers on policies, benefits, and HR processes

Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, COBRA, etc.), Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with I-9 requirements and all applicable employment laws

Track mandatory and non-mandatory training completion and conduct periodic HR file audits

Handle unemployment insurance claims and assist with employee relations matters

Support planning for company events such as benefits fairs, recognition events, and team celebrations

Contribute to the development and rollout of Planet Aid's HR policies

Create in-house videos and materials that help employees understand their benefits clearly

2+ years of HR generalist experience - you've done this work and done it well

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Solid knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR best practicesA warm, professional communication style - you connect easily with people at all levels

Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems; Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
