Senior HR Generalist, Employee Relations and Recruitment

RMF Engineering, Inc is seeking a Human Resource Generalist in our Baltimore office. The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance. The Human Resources Generalist will support the HR Manager with daily tasks.
Maintain Employee Records in HR and payroll system
Maintain and process employee performance reviews in HR system
Process multi-state bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now
Assist with developing job descriptions and corporate policies
Ensure business practices are compliant with HR laws, best practices and policies
Implementation and maintenance of Applicant Tracking System
Prepare/approve all offer letters to new hires
New Hire Orientation and onboarding and Exit Interviews
New Hire reporting for all states/ E-verify for new hires within 3 days of hire date
Annual AAP update, Manage AAP audits with HR Manager
Minimum of 7 years Human Resources experience
Ability to work overtime as needed during peak seasons
Intermediate to advanced level of Excel and Word knowledge
Degree in Human Resources
