Lead Production baker (Full Time)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handson baking without decorating or customer interaction. Lead Baker position would be Monday 6PM -10PM Tuesday - Friday 12PM-10PM Responsibilities Bake all core products: cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pastries, and specialty items. Mix, scale, and prepare batters, doughs, fillings, and frostings according to bakery recipes. Monitor ovens, proofers, and timers to ensure consistent quality and doneness. Maintain daily production schedules and meet volume requirements. Rotate products, manage freshness, and follow foodsafety standards. Keep baking equipment, tools, and workstations clean and organized. Assist with inventory of baking ingredients and communicate shortages. Requirements Commercial baking experience a plus. Strong understanding of baking science, scaling, and production flow. Ability to work afternoons and weekends. Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Certification Food Handler or ServSafe Certification required (or willing to obtain upon hire).
