Head of Programme Management

Program ManagerWe are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management techniques, excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as competence in the MS Office Suite. This role requires a U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations, who is eager to contribute to the company's goals and objectives, and work collaboratively with others.ResponsibilitiesSupport teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.Ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.Prepare slides and run required meetings.Assist with budgeting and scheduling.Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project for early resolution.Coordinate cross-project activities with customers.Assist in preparation of periodic management reports.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsStrong understanding of project management techniques.Competence in MS Office Suite.Ability to learn additional programs as needed.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills.U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations.Additional Skills & QualificationsBS degree in engineering or business.Minimum of 3+ years of experience utilizing MS Office and MS Project.Exposure to FARR (Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements) for at least 6 months.PMP certification.Experience in program management and project management.Work EnvironmentJoin a growing company that maintains the close-knit feel of a smaller organization. You will work with a team of 2 Project Managers currently managing 5 projects, with the opportunity to take over 1 project initially valued at 2-3 million, which will grow as you are trained.
