Temporary Weekend LPN
TLC
CA LVN Outpatient Vascular/Vein Clinic
Shift: 3x8 (07:0018:00), initially MonWed; potential to increase to 4x8 or 5x8 as caseload builds.
Weekends: Not required
On-call: No
Requirements:
Active California LVN license (permanent; no temporary licenses)
CA IV certification (must be valid at submission)
BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
IV certification and blood withdrawal/venipuncture certification
Minimum 2 years outpatient clinic experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist with vascular procedures and sterile field setup.
Conduct procedural room turnover.
Monitor vital signs and administer oxygen as needed.
Perform venipuncture and maintain IVs.
Assist with EVLT/vein ablations.
Compliance / Notes:
Orientation: 120 hours
COVID-19 vaccine: Not required; Influenza vaccine: Required no exemptions.
Background/license issues must be resolved prior to submission.
Two references required at time of submission.
