Undergraduate Recruiter

We're looking for a GTM Recruiter to partner closely with revenue and business leaders to scale high-performing Sales, Solutions, Partnerships, Marketing, and customer-facing teams. You'll own searches end-to-end and help build the recruiting processes that support rapid company growth.

Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Business Development, and Marketing.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring strategies.

Build talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.

Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Help improve recruiting processes, reporting, and hiring operations.

3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience at a high-growth Series A-D startup.

Proven track record hiring Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions, and other business-facing talent.

Experience owning searches from kickoff through close as an in-house recruiter.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience recruiting for AI, developer tools, SaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise software companies.

Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Juicebox.

Experience hiring Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, or other technical GTM talent.
