Project Lead - Automation

We are seeking two experienced, highly organized Project Coordinators to join the PMO of a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program. Producing the metrics and materials that leadership relies on for weekly executive reviews

~You will work directly with the PMO Lead, Program Managers, Techno-Functional Leads, Solution Architects, and Business Process Owners. All risks and issues must be discovered, reviewed, and resolved in a timely fashion.

5+ years in project coordination, PMO operations, or delivery support on medium-to-large technology or transformation programs.

ability to maintain data integrity across a large ticket volume.
Strong Excel skills for tracking, reconciliation, and metrics (pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup).
Excellent written English for asynchronous, cross-time-zone collaboration; Familiarity with ERP implementations, SDLC, or enterprise program environments is a strong plus (deep technical/architecture experience is not required).

Own day-to-day data integrity of the Jira program board across all workstreams.

Maintain the decisions log and RAID register (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) in real time.
Build and maintain the weekly executive status materials.
Maintain program documentation in SharePoint/Confluence.
