This role involves administering IV and injection therapies, providing patient education, and supporting overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures.

Schedule: Per diem position. Must be available either 4 Tuesdays and 2 Saturdays a month or 4 Thursdays and 2 Saturdays a month.

Pay: $50 base hourly rate + competitive tips (up to $15 per hour).

Locations You’ll Cover: Venice, Culver City, Santa Monica, Brentwood clinics plus occasional on-call and Mobile IV shifts.

Clinic Hours: Must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Monthly Pay Guarantee Program: For the first six months of employment, if tips do not average at least $10 per hour, Hydration Room will make up the difference.

Core Role Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.

Promote membership programs, packages, and treatment plans to patients.

Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt, and using equipment and supplies as needed.

Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift.

Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers.

Oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.

Maintain documentation of patient care services.

Train new staff.

Deliver Five Star Customer Service to ensure patients have a positive experience.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff.

Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines.

Requirements

Current BLS certification required.

BSN or diploma in nursing.

Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present.

Two years of related experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In‑depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures.

Proficient in‑patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software.

Excellent organizational skills and problem‑solving skills.

Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to traverse the entire facility.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Information
$50-$50 hourly wage.
